 Again, wonderful having you at Bayside this weekend.  It was very enriching, thought provoking, and insightful.  I appreciate your heart for ministry, leadership development, visioning, and investing in our team.  This weekend was everything I had hoped for and more.  I am already hearing wonderful reports from our team.  I will let you know of any developments over the next few days and weeks.  I was so encouraged by you and our team.  Thanks for all of your kind words and I look forward to fleshing out some of your teaching with our team over the next weeks and months.

 I can’t wait to see the responses you will be sending back to me.  I have included my evaluation.  The way you customized the weekend for us was brilliant.  We really enjoyed following your worship leadership.  It was a real treat for me to follow along with the team.  Thanks for making everything great and I will spread the word.

"WOW! I’m just now touching back down to earth after our amazing weekend with the Building the Church of God’s Dreams conference! Following is a brief synopsis that I submitted to the UTS electronic newsletter, which will come out this week. 

The Pohly Center for Supervision and Leadership Formation is rejoicing in the tremendous success of our leadership conference, Building the Church of God’s Dreams, featuring Todd Braschler, held on April 15^th! Close to one hundred people from roughly twelve different denominations/faith traditions and over twenty-five different congregations gathered to hear a message that challenged the hearts of leaders to more fully invest in the people they serve—not only in the local church but in the wider community, and to equip them to live out their giftedness and passion in ministry and service. The written evaluations of the day spoke volumes as to the impact and practical application of the material presented and the interactions among the participants and the speaker. One of the attendees, Belinda Turner, wrote on her evaluation form, “I loved this conference. The absolute best that I have ever attended!” She noted the presentation was “Exciting and Powerful; Empowering!!” Other participants were moved to tears by the power of the message and the movement of the Holy Spirit throughout the day, and energized to return to their churches with renewed vision.  

In addition to the conference, Todd stayed through the weekend to invest in my home church through 2 Sunday morning concert/worship services and a retreat with our choir and band. He also stayed through Tuesday in order to attend our Pohly Ctr Board meeting on Monday evening. I pray God gives him plentiful opportunities for rest and re-creation this week! Thank you, Todd, for all your love, energy, passion, time, talents, and gifts that you poured into us over the past 5 days. You are a blessing, and an anointed man of God!"

Our church is a much friendlier church these days and I attribute much of that to the seminar you did for us.

"Your coming has turned some things upside down.  Yes, the heat continues to rise in people for whom your words and challenges have unsettled in a wonderful way!  We are planning for two listening/dreaming gatherings in next few weeks just to listen to one another, and then go from there.  I can not determine yet where we are all going with this in terms of future, but I am thinking through your challenge of a church of 1,000.  I believe the 10 story foundation concept is grabbing the most hearts, plus the care of people.  Still working through your time with us.  You have messed us up royally.  This is becoming a dangerous place, as passionate people are cropping up all around me.  It is also interesting how much more friendly some of our people are becoming.  I am hearing that from visitors.  Thanks man!  Looking forward!"

 

Todd Braschler has been on a journey for years through the Christian ministry maze and has ended up exactly where God has intended for him. He has discovered that all of these places along the way were training grounds not only for bearing marvelous ministry fruit, but also for a greater purpose beyond his own direct influence as a musician and pastor/teacher.  He has resolved to communicate truth born from real life experience and coming before people in a refreshing honesty about where he has succeeded and failed as the Lord has shaped him for this generation's Kingdom purposes. His message will not be soon be forgotten.

WOW!  What an incredible Sunday it was!  I was thinking I felt a little sorry for those from other churches that could not be a part of the life-changing message that we heard Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon.  It was simply incredible.  We are so appreciative of Todd for all that he has done for our church and particularly thankful for what he has done this weekend.  I know that the lessons have impacted your life and our church for all eternity.  I cannot think of a better gift and a better way to appreciate the staff than bringing him in and such a wonderful, wonderful conference.
