Dear Pastor/Worship Leader,

How incredible and sometimes overwhelming the calling to lead people in worship, and to organize the many events and details of planning these experiences.  After serving as a worship leader for over 13 years, the passion for powerful worship experiences that transcend the many challenges of planning worship still remains.  There's nothing quite as fulfilling as watching people focus their thoughts and hearts on Christ through an experience you and perhaps a team of leaders have planned.

Now serving as an artist & conference speaker, the challenge remains to engage others in worship when they may be expecting to be entertained.  The Christian music world has been guilty at times of providing a show from the outside world rather than pouring fuel on a worship passion in a church.  I personally was brought to reality recently at the GMA's Seminar in the Rockies conference held each year in Estes Park, CO.  A pastor leading devotions one morning asked the some 900 in attendance this question, "How many of you here today accepted Christ and made a decision for Him during a Christian music concert?"  I was expecting at least half of the hands to raise.  To my astonishment, 2 hands on opposite ends of the auditorium were raised.  Incredible!  I was stunned.  In the midst of such hype and recognition today for Christian music, only 2 hands in a room of almost a 1000 people were led to Christ through a Christian worship experience led by an artist.

I vowed that day to be one of those artists whose passion, motivation and compelling desire to sing would be fueled by a heart to lead the lost to the Father through music and sharing.  I vowed as well that I would never miss the opportunity to invest in pastors, worship leaders, worship teams and choirs, to pour into their hearts a deeper passion for worship and for reaching their community through worship as well.

This ministry, then, comes to you with a great desire to invest, not book a gig.  With 13 years of experiences as a worship pastor receiving calls from groups and solo artists, I completely understand the barrage of calls and flyers across a desk in any given week.  I also am very aware of multiple service situations where time constraints must be respected.  I personally always desired to invite guests

  • That I believed in.

  • That helped me do what I was already doing - teaching a deeper passion for worship.

  • Were passionate enough about my ministry to fit into our Sunday schedule rather than expect a church to move and mold around the guest.

  • Who invested in my leaders and teams with the passion and care I as their worship pastor provided.

  • Who worked with my sound staff without frustrating or displaying a "less than holy" attitude.

Spend a few moments listening to a story about a seasonal production I was so blessed to lead a few years back, and how the experience transformed our lives as those who lead worship.

Please take a moment to browse through our site.  The concert/worship ministry section gives a brief overview of our ministry philosophy and approach.  Also, take a moment to connect by phone at 1-800-514-6775.  You'll find a very passionate worship leader on the other end to greet you and certainly identify with you as a fellow worshipper desiring extra-ordinary experiences for members and those you might have opportunity on a special Sunday to connect.  No sales pitches or high pressure tactics to nail down a date.

Blessings to you today.  I pray that in the coming weeks, you too become even more passionate and compelled as you plan worship experiences to become, as a church, the answer to thousands of prayers by people all over the country for family members and friends who are lost and living in your community.

God bless,

Todd
