Common Bond,  was  released in December 2001.  This project was recorded in Nashville two weeks after the tragedy in New York City in September of 2001.  Participants on this project included Jerry McPhearson (Lead guitar for Reba McIntyre), Brent Henderson (Christian Artist), Mark Pay (Producer for this project and lead guitar player for Ray Boltz), and Todd & Nichole Smith (from the Christian group "Selah")  This project features original songs from writers out of Nashville, and one song written by Todd and a few close friends entitled Worthy After All.  Other songs include the title song Common Bond,  Let It Rain, and recently released as a single God is a Dreamer.

From the heart of a pastor, Todd has written a very practical guide from his own experience as an Lay Ministry pastor.  

A.  Develop the teaching of Spiritual Gifts as a foundational ministry of the church.

B.  Re-creating ministries to develop people rather than use them to accomplish ministry.

C.  Strategize objectives for caring for people in a more effective way, bringing Hospitality, Guest Follow-up and Equipping under one umbrella.
