"Resolute
Seeking" For Either the Worship Arts Ministry OR the Entire Church
A retreat designed primarily
for all areas of a worship ministry. This "workshop" is
designed to greatly challenge individuals personally and ultimately
in their own walk, their own passion and their own leadership with
and for Christ. The foundational scripture for this experience
is found in Psalm 14:2 (NIV):
"The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are
any who understand, any who seek God."
Retreat Details:
The full version is a Friday evening
- Saturday experience.
Sessions can stand alone if needed.
4 sessions led by power point,
videos and session booklets. Small group sharing, open
discussion, Q & A times throughout make for a full day of
interaction rather than lecture.
Anyone can attend.
Four Foundational Topics:
SESSION 1 – Leading
participants into a review of the previous year in worship
(goals and dreams for the previous year, and guiding them to
make a New Year’s resolution toward a deeper, more passionate
heart as a worship leader in Christ.
SESSION 2 – Re-aligning the
role of “celebrating” when it comes to worshiping the Heavenly
Father, contrasting the concepts of music/worship/celebration in
the world, and within ministry.
SESSION 3 – Becoming a
Prophetical Worship Ministry – singing the prophecy of Christ
over a congregation.
SESSION 4 – The ultimate
power of a worship ministry – the personal surrender of its
members.
