The third option to bring this conference to your congregation is to add opportunities for consulting with various areas of ministry in addition to the conference either during the same weekend or as a follow up in
succeeding weekends.

By hosting this event for your congregation only,  leadership agrees to provide the following:

• Same as Options #1 & #2.

• Schedule individual opportunities with the following ministry for concentrated time with smaller groups of leaders and staff:
  1.  Equipping Ministry (Teaching Spiritual Gifts/People Development Strategies).
  2.  Hospitality Ministry
  3.  Guest Follow Up Ministry
  4.  Leadership Development Strategy

Provided by our ministry:

The following materials will be sent approximately 4 weeks in advance for this event:

• A VHS promo video upon request to promote this event.
   

• A master to make packets for each participant.
   

• Posters/brochures/press kit/and bulletin insert to advertise this event.

Cost for this event:

In addition to travel/lodging expenses and finances based on Option #1 or #2, there is an hourly stipend for the consulting opportunity of $65.00/hour for this experience    This can be scheduled on the Saturday afternoon time, Sunday afternoon or as ongoing follow up from the weekend.  For details, please contact Todd directly at 800-514-6775 or by email at tbraschler@cox.net .
