The second option to bring this conference to your congregation is to serve as host of this event for a number of other churches.

By hosting this event for your congregation only,  leadership agrees to provide the following:

• Same as option #1
   

• To register a minimum of participants from outside this congregation at a registration fee  per person. (1 free with a group of 10 or more).  Otherwise, this church guarantees a minimum stipend .  When this requirement is met, those from the host congregation attend for FREE.

Provided by our ministry:

These materials will be sent approximately 4 weeks in advance for this event:

• A VHS promo video upon request to promote this event.
   

• A master to make packets for each participant.
   

• Posters/brochures/press kit/and bulletin insert to advertise this event for each congregation.
   

• All registration materials and information.
   

Cost for this event:

In addition to travel/lodging expenses, below are the details financially for this type of event.

• All those from the host congregation are offered a greatly reduced  registration under the terms listed above.

• All other registrants from other congregations attend for a fee  per person.
