The first
option to bring this conference to your congregation is to invite staff and
leadership from your congregation only.
By
hosting this event for your congregation only, leadership agrees to
provide the following:
-
A person or persons to coordinate
refreshments during each break, and a lunch.

A person to oversee the technical
and/or physical set up and operation for the day.
-
A person to serve as an assistant for
Todd for the entire day.
-
To provide a copier to duplicate and
organize all materials from masters sent in advance by our ministry.
-
To provide funds for lodging and travel
expense for Todd.
-
To provide a sound system with a
wireless lapel microphone/projection system to work with power point
presentation/white marker board with eraser and markers/name tags for
participants/pens/ VCR player to be used with projection system.
Provided by our ministry:
These materials will be sent approximately 4 weeks in advance for this
event:

A DVD promo video upon request to
promote this event.

A master to make packets for each
participant.

Posters/brochures/press kit/and
bulletin insert to advertise this event.
Cost
for this event:
In addition to travel/lodging expenses,
there is a set stipend for this experience, prepaid, depending on the size
